You shall be refined as silver and gold. My children fear not. Endure suffering with patience
and humility. I am in the storm with you. I am there in the fire with you. I will not leave you. I
will strengthen you. I will purify you. The dross shall be removed from your life and all that
will remain will be as pure as gold.

Let me sustain you. Allow me to comfort you. Let my Spirit blow over you. Separate yourself
to me often, come and drink from my river. Head first, dive into my living waters. Be refilled
and refreshed in my presence. Take time to swim in my river. Hear my words to you. I am
speaking words of courage, words of comfort, words of encouragement. I am speaking words of
direction to you even now. Be still. Be quiet and listen. My voice is quiet. Trust me to speak,
trust me to guide you. Trust yourself to hear me. You are valuable to me. I am in you. Shut out
the clatter. Calm your mind and focus on me. Feel my presence engulfing you. Find peace and
rest in me. I am your place of refuge.

This storm shall pass. The sun will shine again. Like pure gold you shall arise.
