【本報訊】冬日早上起床後,肩頸疼痛、肌肉硬繃繃,甚至難以向左或右轉動,都是瞓厲頸的徵兆。骨科醫生指出,引發瞓厲頸的成因眾多,常見如生活壓力大、經常用電腦或玩手機、枕頭太高或太低,都可致肌肉容易疲勞而出事。物理治療師教路四招急救法,包括熱敷、鬆弛及伸展運動、穴位按壓,均有助紓緩因瞓厲頸導致的頸梗膊痛。
